How it works

From hello to a real plan.

kejn is built around one idea: a real invitation to meet beats endless chatting. Here is the whole journey, step by step.

  1. Step 1

    Build your profile

Your photos and the facts — what you're looking for, children, the languages you speak — live on your profile. Your Compass adds personality and values, in three short chapters.

  2. Step 2

    Meet today's introductions

Each day you get a small set of people, chosen with care. Every introduction tells you why you might click. When you've seen today's set, that's it until tomorrow.

  3. Step 3

    Invite someone to meet

Say how you'd like to meet: coffee, a drink, a walk or dinner — in person, or with a video or phone call first. Add a short note if you like. The first time you invite someone or say yes, you verify your ID — it takes about two minutes, and your invitation goes out the moment you're verified.

  4. Step 4

    It's mutual

They usually have two days to say yes, suggest something else, or say not for me — privately. When it's a yes, a conversation opens and you plan the real thing.

3 invitations a day. Fewer, on purpose.

3 invitations a day and a few conversations open at a time. Conversations end kindly, not with silence: close one with a tap and a kind message, and the slot is free again.

Region by region.

We open one region at a time, so every community starts with enough people and a healthy balance. If one side grows too fast, newcomers wait briefly.
