Consumer disputes
We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not generally do so. If something has gone wrong, please write to us first — we want to put it right.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025.
