Who has a right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and live in a member state of the European Union — for example Germany or Austria — you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days. The instructions below apply to you.
Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. If you live in Switzerland and something went wrong with a purchase, write to us anyway at support@kejn.com — we will look for a fair solution.
Purchases in the App Store or Google Play
If you buy something in the kejn app through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google processes the payment and handles refunds under its own terms. To withdraw or ask for a refund, use the refund options of Apple (for example at reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (in your Google Play order history). If you need help, write to us.
To end a subscription you bought there, cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or your kejn account does not cancel it.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — ClickAttack Ltd, Einsiedlerstrasse 23, 8834 Schindellegi, Switzerland, e-mail support@kejn.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
For a service such as a subscription, the right of withdrawal ends early once we have provided the service in full, if you expressly asked us to start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been provided in full.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium — for example a single feature that takes effect straight away — the right of withdrawal ends once we have started supplying it, if you expressly agreed to this, confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed this to you.
We will always ask for this consent before you buy, and we will confirm it to you.
